Shipping Information

Once your order is placed, we will ship the product to the address provided during checkout. Delivery may take up to one week, depending on the destination. The shipping fee will be paid upon receipt of the product, directly to the courier service.

You will receive a tracking number to monitor your package at all times.

How are the multitracks and videos synchronized on the B BEAT?

B BEAT manager is a software available for free for transferring files to the B Beat.

Does B BEAT work without an internet connection?

Yes, B BEAT does not require an internet connection to operate. All audio and video processing happens locally on the device.

WI FI serves only for transfer purposes.

 

How do I transfer files to the B BEAT?

To transfer files to the B BEAT, download the B Beat Manager, a free software available for both PC and Mac. Once installed, you can select your Stems, Videos, Images, or other files and transfer them to the B BEAT via LAN ETHERNET (with cable included) or Wi-Fi (note that the USB Stick is not included with some B BEAT versions).

Can I create my own sequences on the B BEAT?

No. Sequences must be created using other software or DAWs before transferring them to the B BEAT.
